Exhibit Booth Fees
- NHA Member: $39.50/sq ft*
- Standard: $54.50/sq ft
- Linear Booths: All corner fees are $200.
- Island Booths: Each island has four corner fees (4x $200) for a total of $800.
Payment timing: 50% of the booth fee is due April 1, 2024; 100% is due by July 15, 2024.
*Eligibility: Exhibiting companies must be a member of NHA in good standing to exhibit and obtain member rates.
All Exhibitors Receive:
2 Complimentary Full registrations per 10×10 space
- Attendee List beginning 6 weeks prior to the event (+ final attendee list after the event). NHA members receive contact information for attendees who opt-in
- Two full days of attendee interaction in CC Central
- Option of purchasing two additional discounted registrations per 10×10 at $500 per person ($400 for NHA Members)
- Preferred selection time to reserve booth space for Clean Currents 2025 (NHA uses a Priority Points system to determine rebooking order)
- Exhibit booths can be customized for your space needs, starting with a minimum of 100 square feet.
- For linear exhibit booths only, exhibitors receive an 8′ draped back wall and sides and a 7′ identification sign. You have the opportunity to customize your booth, NHA requires carpeting your space.

Cancellations, Terms, and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cleancurrents@hydro.org.. If written cancellation is received by April 1, 2024, the booth fee will be refunded 100%. If written cancellation is received on or after April 1, 2024, the booth fee will be refunded to less than 50% of the contracted booth rental fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after July 15, 2024. A cancellation fee will be charged for downsized booth space. If a booth is canceled, all complimentary full-conference registrations will be forfeited and immediately canceled.
